Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Dallas Lewisville

Excellent hotel experience!!! I called the hotel as I was in route driving seven hours. Was informed at first, elevator was out of order. I asked the guest service agent if I could locate another hotel to stay in as I have a lot of stuff I'm traveling with. Would they be willing to cancel my stay without penalty. Guest service agent responded yes. I told her I would contact her back. Less than three minutes later the guest service agent called me and said she had spoke with her GM and they had found a first floor room available for my five nights stay. I was so happy. During my stay, I'm met the GM and she was absolutely amazing. So kind and professional and one of the best dressed hotel GMs I have met in years! When I spoke of my situation with the phone call, she remembered her guest service agent calling, and providing assistance for me. The first floor room was amazing and you can guarantee I will return. Oh, by the way, the breakfast as well each day was amazing. The cleanliness of the breakfast bar and the dining area was pristine!!! Thank you again for an excellent experience.

My stay was amazing from check in to checkout. The rooms were clean and had great a/c and non of the less amazing high speed wifi. I stayed for about 3 nights and was able to use some of the amenities like the pool which was amazing and the Brita water purifier that could be used at your own convenience. The breakfast was great and so was the front desk customer service which were there 24/7 to tend to any of my needs. Non of the less it’s a safe area with a lot to do would definitely record anyone to stay here.

Overall fairly decent hotel. Feels like it was aesthetically updated but the hardware underneath is still old. Staff were friendly and breakfast was nice and hot.

Comfy beds, clean rooms, free parking in a safe area, delicious hot breakfast with plenty of choices and lots of work tables with charging outlets. Coin laundry. Friendly front desk. Always a good stay at a great price here.

I give this hotel a 5-star rating. The front desk staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, and the overall environment was clean and well-maintained. I will definitely be returning!

This hotel has a perfect balance between modern luxury and historic charm. The building is beautifully preserved, and the rooms feature elegant decor combined with contemporary comforts like smart TVs and high-speed internet. The bathroom was spacious, with a rain shower and quality toiletries. The hotel’s restaurant served an excellent breakfast with both local specialties and international favorites. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, offering helpful tips about the city. I really enjoyed the peaceful courtyard garden where I could relax with a book.

Although we had a small room issue when checking in, we had some outstanding customer service from the front desk to the general manager working hard to resolve the issue. The rooms were comfortable and value priced. The food at breakfast was good and attended to by some very dedicated staff, making the entire experience very positive. Good value for the budget conscious.

This place is amazing. The staff was very helpful the rooms where very clean the pool was nice and well kept. Not to mention my son enjoyed the bfast. The location was even better didn’t have to go to far. Thank you so much
